broken thread - considering that this is the storyline I started
the comic to work on, it's odd that I still haven't gotten that
far. But it
hinges on so many of the other storylines - that there is so much
I have to establish before I feel ready to take that plunge. |

| Anyway-
this is the first thing I did when I decided to take my craziness
to the web. I had been doing a lot to put the broken thread into
a coherent form when it occured to me that webcomicing might be the
way to go- I had done a little comicing in college- of the pen, paper
and photocopying sort, but I thought the web might be better- costs
are low, no printing, anyway, but, even better, the ability to do
everything in color. And I liked the idea of forced deadlines as well-
it's easier to stick to posting when you feel that there's someone
waiting for that post. |

| This picture,
however, was just a place holder for my intial site design, something
to stick in the 'comic goes here slot.' And, since I drew this before
I figured out anything with photoshop, this was just scanned in and
colored in MSPaint. |
